Steven A. Lipson, CIH, CSP, CIAQP, CIAQC, FLAC is AQC’s Director of Technical Services, and has performed litigation assistance as an expert witness in the fields of mold and asbestos for multiple clients throughout the US.  Having co-written the pending American National Standards Institute (ANSI) mold standard Z690, Mr. Lipson is intimately familiar with published guidelines and standards, and he has performed IAQ and mold evaluations at commercial facilities in 47 States and throughout Canada.  Given regional variations in mold growth and problems, such experience makes AQC uniquely qualified to perform and attest to mold issues in any climate or location.
